ABOUT THE ROLE
As Content Lead, you’ll set the standard for social content at MESHKI. Working closely with the Head of Social, you’ll turn social strategy into distinctive, culturally relevant content across TikTok and Instagram, and lead a team of four creators to deliver it consistently and to a high standard. This is a hands-on creative leadership role. You’ll lead ideation and production, take ownership of TikTok’s content direction, and create content yourself when it’s needed.

• Turn social and brand objectives into a forward-planned content pipeline across collection launches, campaigns, events and always-on content. Develop content pillars, repeatable series and formats that build engagement and organic growth, and lead content planning for campaign go-to-market
• Lead social-first content from concept and briefing through filming, editing and delivery. Direct social-led shoots, attend events and activations, sign off on all deliverables, and manage external photographers, videographers and creative partners
• Own TikTok’s content direction and execution. Build platform-native concepts, original series and trend-led content that drive discovery, growth and commercial impact
• Use analytics and audience insights to guide creative decisions. Run regular performance reviews, scale the formats that work, and turn what you learn into sharper briefs
• Lead and develop the Content team. Set clear expectations, give constructive feedback and keep the pipeline moving without compromising on quality
• Partner with the Head of Creative, Digital Marketing and the wider Social team so content stays consistent with the brand and supports broader marketing goals WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING
• Experience in a social content or creative lead role, ideally within fashion, beauty or lifestyle
• A strong portfolio of social-first content, with a proven track record on TikTok
• A hands-on creator who is confident across filming, editing and visual storytelling
• Experience leading and developing creative teams
• A sharp read on culture, trends and platform behaviour, balanced with a premium brand sensibility
• Analytical and results-driven, using data to inform creative choices
