- We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize interactive dashboards and data visualization solutions. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering data-driven solutions that support business transformation. Mandatory Skills
• Solid hands-on experience with Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.
• Expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), data modelling, and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases such as Azure SQL and SQL Server.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing principles.
• Experience in report performance optimization, data refresh management, and Row-Level Security (RLS).

Key Responsibilities




• Gather business requirements and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI visualizations.
• Connect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources using Power Query and SQL.
• Build and optimize data models, relationships, and DAX calculations to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
• Implement data security and governance standards, including RLS.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights, troubleshoot reporting issues, and maintain technical documentation. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end Power BI reporting and analytics solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
