We are looking for an experienced and driven Account Executive to identify and close new business opportunities with enterprise and mid-sized international companies, selling Papaya’s platform for global payroll, payments, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities
Recent Business Development
• Generate opportunities with mid-market and enterprise global organizations and post-IPO companies.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Maintain market, client, and competitive understanding. Sales Execution
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
• Use AI-powered tools for prospecting, account planning, stakeholder engagement, proposals, and sales execution.




• Deliver tailored demos and proposals, and support smooth handovers to service delivery. Consultative Selling and Collaboration
• Understand client challenges in global payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
• Recommend solutions that demonstrate value and ROI.
• Work with Sales, Product, and Operations and share field insights for improvement. Requirements
• 5–7 years of full-cycle sales experience in payroll, HCM, HR technology, EOR, or workforce management.
• Proven complex SaaS sales success with mid-market and enterprise organizations, including international multi-stakeholder cycles.
• Strong understanding of global payroll, HRIS, HCM, ERP, workforce management, or adjacent HR technology ecosystems.
• Experience engaging senior HR, Payroll, Finance, and Procurement stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, AI-enabled sales-tool familiarity, global mindset, and collaborative approach. Nice to have null
