About the Role
As an Undergraduate Civil Engineer, you'll support the successful delivery of civil and landscape construction projects from planning through to completion. Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you'll gain practical exposure to:
• Civil construction and subdivision projects
• Landscape construction projects
• Project planning and delivery
• Estimating and tender preparation
• Procurement and supplier coordination
• Scheduling and resource planning
• Site supervision and quality control
• Contract administration
• Project reporting and documentation This is a hands-on role that will provide invaluable industry experience and accelerate your development as a future engineering professional. About You We're far more interested in your attitude than your experience. You may already have some construction or site experience, or you may come from a fast-paced environment such as hospitality, retail, logistics or customer service where you've developed a strong work ethic, resilience and the ability to work under pressure. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your desire to build a successful career. To be successful in this role, you will:




• Be currently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering
• Ideally be in your 3rd or 4th year of study
• Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Be eager to learn and develop both personally and professionally
• Be reliable, motivated and willing to take initiative
• Enjoy working both in the office and out on site
• Have excellent communication and organisational skills
• Work well in a team environment
• Hold a current Driver Licence
• Have a genuine interest in project delivery and civil construction Desirable but Not Essential
• Previous labouring or site-based experience
• White Card
• Exposure to civil construction, landscaping or infrastructure projects
• Experience reading plans and drawings
• Understanding of construction processes
