The Role As Registered Nurse, you’ll part of the clinical operations and outcomes, partnering with an engaged General Manager and multidisciplinary teams. What You’ll Do
• Lead and develop a high‑performing clinical and care team
• Ensure safe, person‑centred, compliant care every day
• Align services to resident preferences (Food, Lifestyle,



Allied Health, Additional Services)
• Manage budgets, workforce planning and resources
• Support Better Together® and occupancy outcomes About You
• RN with current AHPRA registration
• Knowledge of AN‑ACC, NQIP, ACQSC
• Residential Aged Care leadership experience
• Strong communication and coaching capability
• Desirable: Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Aged Care Details
