Our client is an established firm with a respected insurance practice. They’re looking for an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join a small, collegiate team handling complex property damage and construction disputes. You’ll work closely with a senior lawyer on substantial, multi-party matters, and there’s a transparent path to progression. What you’ll be doing
• Advising on policy coverage for first-party and third-party liability claims arising from building, trade and construction losses
• Defending complex multi-party property damage and liability claims
• Running subrogated and commercial recoveries, from prospects advice and pre-litigation negotiations through to litigated actions
• Advising on indemnity under general liability and principal-arranged insurance policies
• Handling public and occupiers’ liability matters
• Acting for government bodies, major head contractors, national subcontractors and service providers What you’ll bring
• Solid experience in insurance litigation,



ideally in property damage, construction or general liability
• Experience with coverage disputes and/or recovery actions
• Strong drafting, analytical and case management skills
• The confidence to run complex matters and manage client relationships
• Associate or Senior Associate level experience (the title will reflect your experience) Why this role
