We're on the lookout for a hands-on, motivated Assistant Branch Manager to join our MaxiPARTS Townsville team.

Working alongside the Branch Manager, you'll help drive sales, support daily operations and lead a team that's passionate about delivering great service.

How you'll play your part

This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk kind of role. You'll be right in the action, supporting your team, looking after customers and keeping the branch running smoothly.

Lead from the front: Support,



coach and motivate your team to deliver their best.

Drive results: Work with the Branch Manager to grow sales, achieve targets and improve branch performance.

Keep things moving: Help oversee daily retail and warehouse operations, stock management and operational efficiency.

Look after our customers: Build strong relationships with local operators, workshops and businesses, ensuring they get the right parts and service when they need them.

Step up and take ownership: Make decisions, solve problems and confidently support the branch in the Manager's absence.

Keep safety front of mind: Lead by example and promote a safe, respectful and productive workplace.

What you'll bring to the team

You know that running a successful branch takes more than knowing your way around a parts catalogue. It's about people, teamwork, accountability and delivering on your promises. We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in commercial vehicle parts, automotive, industrial parts or a similar environment.
- Enjoys leading people and knows how to bring out the best in a team.
- Has a strong customer focus and understands the value of building lasting relationships.
- Is commercially minded, with a drive to grow sales and deliver results.
- Is organised,



reliable and comfortable juggling competing priorities.
- Isn't afraid to get their hands dirty and pitch in when the team needs a hand.
- Communicates well, takes ownership and follows through on commitments.
- Has sound computer skills and a commitment to workplace safety.
