Platform Constructions on the Gold Coast region seeks an experienced Contracts Administrator with a solid background in Head Contracts and Subcontracts for $100m+ projects. The role requires knowledge of the BIF Act Qld, and the ability to direct scope writing for all trades with site manager support.
You will coordinate junior CA and admin staff, manage project costs, budgets, and reporting, and ensure compliance with the QLD Security of Payments Act.
