Your Next Adventure Starts Here We're on the hunt for an energetic, passionate and hands-on Bar Manager to join our team at the Waterhole Bar & Bistro, located at the stunning Kalgoorlie Golf Course Think sunshine, cold drinks, great food, live music, weddings,



golf tournaments and some pretty spectacular views. Not your average bar job, right? We're looking for someone who loves the buzz of hospitality, knows how to bring a team together and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when things get busy. Whether it's a relaxed Sunday afternoon, a busy Friday night or a major event, you'll be right in the middle of the action, making sure everything runs smoothly and our guests have an amazing experience. What's the Gig?

You'll be the go-to person for all things bar and beverage operations, including:

- Leading, motivating and supporting a fantastic team of bar and wait staff.
- Keeping the drinks flowing and the good vibes going
- Working alongside our Events Team to assist with planning, setting up and delivering weddings, corporate functions, live entertainment and major events.
- Getting hands-on with event setups, service coordination and pack-downs when required.
- Helping create memorable experiences for our guests, from intimate celebrations to large-scale events.
- Managing rosters, stock, ordering and daily bar operations.
- Keeping on top of liquor licensing, RSA and venue compliance.
- Working closely with our kitchen and events teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Bringing fresh ideas for cocktails, promotions and exciting new offerings.
- Supporting the wider golf course operations,



particularly over weekends.
- Creating a welcoming atmosphere that keeps our customers coming back.

Is This You?

- Has experience managing or supervising a bar or hospitality venue.
- Loves people and knows how to lead a team with confidence and positivity.
- Enjoys getting involved in functions and events, not just working behind the bar.
- Can keep their cool when things get busy
- Is organised, reliable and comfortable managing rosters, stock and budgets.
- Has a current RSA and Approved Manager's Certificate.
- Understands WA liquor licensing requirements.
- Isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved wherever needed.
- Has great ideas, plenty of initiative and a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
- Holds a current National Police Clearance and WA C Class Driver's Licence.
- A Food Safety Supervisor Certificate would be a bonus
