KTrans is seeking a strategic Head of Fleet and Maintenance to oversee a large transport fleet and multiple workshops in Western Australia. You will ensure safety, compliance, reliability, and cost‐effectiveness across the fleet, driving proactive maintenance and asset lifecycle strategies.
You will lead the maintenance teams, manage budgets, and partner with senior leadership to set best‐practice standards. A relevant engineering or transport degree and extensive experience are required.
