SCHADS Home Care — Disability - Level 2 in Wollongong is seeking experienced Mental Health & Disability Support Workers to assist participants with complex mental health needs across the Wollongong region. You will support individuals with co-occurring conditions, ASD, and AOD, delivering person-centred care and following care plans.
