We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic full-time Sales Assistant to join our Cairns eco retail store. This position is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys working with customers, and is comfortable working across a variety of retail tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Face-to-face customer service and sales
- Handling phone enquiries and sales
- Processing and packing online orders
- General store duties including cleaning and maintaining presentation
- Restocking shelves and assisting with merchandising
About you
- Solid customer service and communication skills
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a busy retail environment
- Basic computer skills
