Therefor Group are seeking skilled Surveyors to join our growing teams across Southeast Queensland. With opportunities spanning cadastral, civil, and laser scanning, you will work on diverse, meaningful projects while building your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

Deliver high-quality surveying services across a wide range of land development, cadastral, civil, engineering, detail survey and spatial projects

- Manage and plan your own fieldwork while contributing to larger project timeframes

- Process, validate, and reduce survey data using industry-standard software

- Prepare plans, reports, and documentation for cadastral, civil, and development projects

- Collaborate with project managers, senior surveyors, clients, contractors, and consultants

- Contribute to big ideas, technical innovation, and continuous improvement within the team

What you'll bring

- Experience in field surveying, as a surveyor or technician

- Strong technical skills using modern equipment and software (e.g. Trimble, Faro, StarNet, 12d, AutoCAD/BricsCAD, TBC)

- A proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering quality work and safe work practices

- Valid Queensland driver's licence (required) and Construction White Card





- A genuine passion for the industry and working on outdoor, hands-on projects

- Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, or a related discipline (Degree or Diploma) – highly regarded

- Registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland
