About the role

The Sales and Marketing role is a commission only position based in Australia working remotely, focused on identifying and qualifying potential customers for residential and commercial solar solutions. In this role, you will engage with prospects via online marketing, phone, email, and in-person outreach, introduce our solar panel related offerings, and gather key information to determine suitability and interest.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct cold and warm outreach to potential customers

- Manage marketing channels and talk with customers directly

- Follow up with leads to nurture relationships

- Represent the company's values of sustainability, quality, and excellent service

About you

- Must have solar panel industry marketing and sales experience

- Demonstrated skills in lead generation, outbound marketing, and prospecting, with the ability to confidently initiate conversations and build interest

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain solar solutions in straightforward terms

- Solid organizational skills for managing contact lists, follow-up tasks, and appointment scheduling

- Background in sales, customer service, or door to door, must within renewable energy, home services, or a related industry





- Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working to targets and KPIs, while maintaining a customer-centric approach

- Understanding of or interest in solar energy, sustainability, and basic energy concepts; willingness to learn product and industry knowledge

- High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability, with the ability to represent an Australian-owned brand focused on quality and service

- Relevant secondary education; post-secondary education or training in sales, business, or renewable energy is an advantage
