Rhino Truck & Transport is looking for an experienced HR Truck Driver with Moffett/Loadmac forklift experience to join our team for steady, ongoing work.
We are an established transport company based in Dandenong, delivering mainly tiles and building products throughout Melbourne, the Mornington Peninsula and Gippsland.
? PAY & CONDITIONS
$25 per pallet + super
Average around 100 pallets per week.
ABN contractor arrangement
Steady, ongoing work with regular delivery runs and your own allocated truck.
Your earnings are based on the number of pallets delivered, making this role well suited to an experienced driver who is efficient, reliable and enjoys being out on the road.
? THE ROLE
You will operate an HR manual truck with a truck-mounted Moffett/Loadmac forklift, delivering tiles to customers.
The role involves both metro and regional deliveries, unloading freight and providing skilled customer service at delivery sites.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Safely operate an HR manual truck
Operate a Moffett/Loadmac truck-mounted forklift
Deliver tiles to customers
Unload freight safely and efficiently
Follow allocated delivery runs
Complete daily vehicle and equipment checks
Keep your allocated truck and forklift clean and well maintained
Secure loads correctly
Provide professional and friendly customer service
Follow all road, load and workplace safety requirements
✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current HR manual truck licence
Proven experience driving HR trucks
Moffett/Loadmac experience essential
Good knowledge of Melbourne roads
Experience with delivery work
Safe and responsible driving history
Reliable and punctual
Good communication and customer service skills
Physically capable of unloading and delivery work
Someone who takes pride in looking after their truck and equipment
