We're a local, family-owned and nurse-led home care provider, and something special is happening at Poppy's!

Over 60 clients have chosen to move to Poppy's from other providers in the past 12 months, and we're hearing from more older Australians and their families every week.

But we're not interested in growing just for the sake of growing. We want to grow the right way, with an exceptional team ready to welcome every new client.

That's where you come in!

We're looking for five experienced Home Care Team Members across Rockingham, Baldivis, Kwinana and surrounding areas who genuinely love supporting older Australians in their own homes.

You'll have a friendly, experienced office team just a phone call away, a Senior Care Partner to support you with day-to-day matters and a dedicated Clinical Care Manager for clinical guidance.

Our hands-on owners genuinely care about their team, listen to their ideas and want everyone to feel appreciated and supported.

With a new office in Port Kennedy on the way and exciting plans for the future, we're only just getting started!

What you'll be doing





You'll help older Australians remain independent and comfortable in their own homes through:

- Personal care and assistance with daily routines.

- Domestic assistance and light housekeeping.

- Individual social support, companionship and outings.

- Transport to appointments and community activities.

- Recognising and reporting changes in client wellbeing.

Most importantly, you'll build genuine relationships and deliver care with kindness, dignity and respect.

Who we're looking for

We're specifically looking for experienced home care workers who understand the needs of older Australians and take genuine pride in delivering outstanding care in their own homes.

Previous experience in in-home aged care is essential for these positions.

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent is preferred, but we're also interested in experienced, capable people who share our values.

Essential requirements:

- Current, valid driver's licence.

- Reliable, registered and appropriately insured vehicle.

- Smartphone for rosters and communication.

- Current National Police Check.
