Infinite Pools & Landscapes is seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Excavator & Machinery Operator / Landscaping All-Rounder to join our growing Sunshine Coast business. This is a hands-on, varied role suited to someone with practical construction experience, strong initiative and pride in their workmanship. You will be highly capable operating machinery but equally comfortable jumping out of the machine and getting involved in all aspects of pool construction and structural landscaping.
Key responsibilities
- Operating excavators, Posi-Tracks, skid steers and other earthmoving equipment
- Pool excavations, site cuts, levelling and detailed earthworks
- Tight-access excavation and site preparation
- Fibreglass swimming pool installations
- Retaining wall construction
- Concrete preparation, formwork and concreting
- Drainage, landscaping and general construction
- Working alongside trades and subcontractors
- Maintaining machinery, equipment and safe work practices
About you
- Strong excavator and machinery operating experience — essential
- Experience in landscaping, earthworks or civil construction
- Confidence working in tight-access residential environments
- Ability to read levels and work accurately
- Versatility across general construction and landscaping
- Ability to work independently and show initiative
- Reliable, hardworking and team-oriented attitude
- Current driver's licence and White Card
- Experience in fibreglass pool installations would be highly regarded but isn't essential
