About the role

Tony Stephens Refrigeration (TSR) is one of the largest HVAC&R; service providers in the Wide Bay and Fraser Coast region, proudly operating for over 39 years. We're looking for experienced Supermarket Refrigeration Mechanics to join our growing team. Whether you're passionate about staying on the tools or looking to transition into a hybrid field and office-based role, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

- Servicing, fault finding and repairing supermarket refrigeration systems

- Working with commercial refrigeration racks, controls and CO₂ systems

- Providing technical support and mentoring to other technicians

- Assisting with job planning, troubleshooting and customer coordination

- Managing key supermarket sites and customer relationships

- Supporting the growth of our supermarket division

About you

- Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic with relevant trade licences

- Strong supermarket refrigeration experience





- Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills

- Reliable, organised and committed to quality workmanship

- Robust communication skills and a team-focused attitude

- CO₂ refrigeration experience highly regarded
