What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Accountant / Assistant Manager, you'll:

• Manage a portfolio of quality business clients
• Review complex accounting and taxation work
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants
• Work closely with offshore team members to improve capability and quality
• Build trusted client relationships
• Participate in advisory conversations and strategic planning
• Drive workflow efficiency and delivery standards
• Help shape the future growth of the firm





This role offers a genuine blend of technical excellence, leadership and client engagement.

About You

You'll ideally bring:

• 8+ years experience within public practice accounting
• CA or CPA qualification (or close to completion)
• Strong taxation and business services experience
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability
• A desire to continue learning and growing professionally
