We’re looking for a Casual Sales Assistant to join our Brisbane DFO team.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be an important part of creating an exceptional customer experience while helping the team achieve its sales and performance goals.
You’ll be involved in:
- Providing friendly, genuine and personalised customer service
- Helping customers find the right products and offering styling advice
- Working towards and achieving sales and KPI targets
- Creating a positive and energetic experience for every customer
- Maintaining a high standard of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Assisting with stock replenishment, deliveries and general store operations
- Processing sales and ensuring customers receive a seamless checkout experience
- Working closely with the team to achieve store goals
- Keeping the store organised, clean and ready for customers
ABOUT YOU
We’re looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Available to work a flexible roster, including weekends and peak trading periods
Previous retail experience is preferred, and experience in an outlet environment is a bonus. However, we’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn.
