What you’ll do
- Clean and present common areas to a high standard – lobby, lifts, corridors, stairwells etc
- Maintain the internal and external areas of the buildings. This includes vacuuming stairwells, mopping tiles, cleaning entrance glass and windows and blowing paths etc
- Manage the building’s bins – put them out for collection, bring them back in,
and keep bin rooms and bins clean and odor-free
- Carry out periodic tasks as scheduled (e.g. detailed cleans)
- Report maintenance issues and complete straightforward checklists
About you
- Previous cleaning experience in residential strata preferred
- High attention to detail and genuine pride in presentation
- Reliable, punctual, physically fit and able to work independently
- Well-presented and comfortable interacting with residents and building management
- Must have a Manual drivers license and own transport
- Current Driving record Check (or willing to obtain one)
