About you

You’re a confident communicator with a flair for design and a genuine love for helping clients bring their dream spaces to life. You know how to listen, guide and sell without the hard sell.

You carry a solid sense of self-confidence, but in a humble, down-to-earth way. You bring energy, positivity and an above-the-line attitude, you connect quickly with people, and you coach rather than control. You love learning, you’re comfortable being accountable for numbers, and you’d thrive in a team that values integrity, creativity and Friday laughs.

- 5+ years of experience in sales, interiors or renovations, including client-facing sales and closing

- Experience leading or managing a sales or design team (or a strong track record and genuine readiness to step up)

- A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets, and comfort being measured on them

- Strong communication, coaching and presentation skills

- Proficiency in Revit or SketchUp

- Comfortable with sales reporting, CRM, quoting tools and Excel

- A valid driver’s licence and confidence visiting homes across Melbourne

- Full Australian work rights

- A Diploma in Interior Design or similar qualification (desirable)

- Experience in bathroom,



kitchen or whole-home renovations (desirable)

About the role

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll own monthly revenue targets and key marketing targets, lead and develop sales designers, and stay in front of clients yourself, designing and closing your own projects. You’ll be the link between the showroom, marketing and project team, and you’ll be measured on results.

Key responsibilities

- Own the monthly revenue target for the sales and design team, and track, report and drive results against it

- Deliver key marketing targets (leads, consultations booked, conversion) in partnership with marketing activity

- Lead, coach and manage the sales designers: pipeline reviews, one-on-ones, sales training and performance accountability

- Run consistent sales processes, follow-up and quoting standards so every lead is handled well

- Visit clients in their homes to understand their vision, space and needs, and personally design and close projects

- Create tailored renovation proposals that balance aesthetics, function and budget

- Use Revit or SketchUp to bring concepts to life and support selections

- Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless handover and execution

- Stay across trends, suppliers and compliance, and keep the team up to date

- Help recruit, onboard and develop new team members as the business grows
