What you'll do

- Lead, mentor and develop a small team of Speech Pathologists who may be local or interstate.
- Provide clinical guidance, case reviews and support with complex presentations.
- Maintain a reduced caseload (local face to face and telehealth) with scope to work across your clinical and age groups of interest.
- Support onboarding, performance and caseload management.
- Build team connection and contribute ideas as our Speech Pathology service grows.

What you'll bring

- Speech Pathology qualifications and SPA membership.
- Solid NDIS experience and strong clinical skills, ideally across the lifespan, to confidently guide and support your team.
- Leadership experience or the potential and genuine interest to develop others.
- Confidence working independently and supporting a remote team.
- Relevant screening checks (or willingness to obtain), unrestricted driver's licence, reliable vehicle, suitable home office and full Australian working rights.

Location: SE QLD, VIC or TAS preferred, complementing our existing Speech Pathology leaders in WA and NSW. Other locations considered.
