About the role

An exciting opportunity is available for experienced Data Centre Technicians / Enterprise Support Engineers to join a growing team delivering communications and critical infrastructure solutions within large-scale data centre environments. Working alongside experienced project teams, you will support the installation, testing, and commissioning of data centre infrastructure while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and workmanship. Key Responsibilities

- Install, terminate, and test structured cabling systems, including copper and fiber optic cabling.

- Perform rack and stack activities for servers, network equipment, and related infrastructure.

- Support hardware installations, upgrades, and relocations within data centre environments.

- Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding on cabling and hardware infrastructure.

- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of installation activities.

- Work collaboratively with project managers,



engineers, and other technicians to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

About you

- Must be an Australian Citizen

- Previous experience working in a data centre, telecommunications, or structured cabling environment.

- Knowledge of server, network, and communications infrastructure.

- Experience with fibre optic and copper cabling installations and testing.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.

- Commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality standards.

- Relevant industry certifications and licenses will be highly regarded.
