Livin Homes is looking for a motivated, hands-on Junior Site Supervisor to join the growing team, working on custom homes, renovations and high-end residential projects across Perth. This role combines hands-on carpentry and general building works with day-to-day site supervision and coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day site supervision and coordination of trades
- Stay hands-on with carpentry and general building works
- Help manage construction schedules, materials and deliveries
- Maintain quality workmanship and site standards
- Work alongside experienced builders and develop supervision skills
- Help deliver high-quality custom residential projects
About you
- Carpentry or residential construction experience
- Motivated,
reliable person with a strong work ethic
- Takes pride in workmanship
- Valuable communication and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
- Driver's licence and White Card
