? Lead Educator – Pre - Kindy
Kindy Place Early Learning | Ashmore, QLD

Are you a caring, creative educator who believes every child deserves to be seen, supported & celebrated? At Kindy Place Early Learning, we’re seeking a Lead Educator for our Toddler Room who wants to make a meaningful difference in a warm, nurturing setting.

Kindy Place was lovingly founded by a local mother of three who dreamed of creating the kind of space she’d be proud to send her own children to. That spirit still runs through every corner of our centre. Our handpicked educators — many of whom are mothers or even grandmothers — bring genuine care, warmth, and wisdom to each day.
Here, children are not just taught — they are truly known, supported, and celebrated as they grow, play, and belong.

Our environment matters. It’s a calm, home-like space where creativity blooms and nature adds a gentle backdrop. Our classrooms are beautifully resourced so you’ll always have what you need to inspire wonder and play.

? About the Role

You will guide and nurture our curious 2.5-3.5 year-olds, curating play-rich, discovery-based learning experiences. You’ll be an integral part of a close, collaborative team — with team-building days, shared celebrations, and a work culture that feels like family.

If you’re someone who cares deeply about relationships, communication, and professional growth, this role was made for you.

? What You’ll Bring

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or working toward it)

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certification (or willingness to obtain)

- Current Child Protection Training (or willingness)

- Current Blue Card

? Why You’ll Love Working With Us

- Family-owned, community-based centre — not part of a corporate chain

- Supportive, hands-on owners who truly care

- Team culture with regular team-building and social events

- Childcare discount for your own child

- Above-award pay, scaled to your experience

- A calm, well-resourced, thoughtful environment — you’ll always have what you need to bring beautiful learning experiences to life

- Career development opportunities and a chance to grow

- The chance to be part of a centre that values seeing each child and building meaningful connections

If you’d love to work somewhere where your voice is heard, where you’re truly supported, and where each child’s journey matters, we can’t wait to meet you.
