I'm partnering with a highly respected global leader in industrial technology to recruit a Business Sales & Operations Manager to lead its Australia and Current Zealand Industrial Services business.

The Opportunity
This is a role for someone who loves the commercial side of business but equally enjoys leading people and making operations run well.

You'll take ownership of sales, business performance and day-to-day operations, working closely with international leadership while leading a capable local team.

Your focus will include:

- Driving sales growth, developing new business and expanding market share across ANZ.
- Building strong relationships with customers and identifying commercial opportunities.
- Leading and developing the SA team across sales, service and operations.
- Managing profitability, budgets and overall business performance.
- Improving operational efficiencies and customer service delivery.
- Creating a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture.

What Am I Looking For?
A commercially minded,



hands-on leader who knows how to grow a business and bring people along for the journey.

Ideally you will bring...

- Experience as a Business Manager, General Manager, Sales & Operations Manager or similar.
- A proven track record in sales growth, commercial leadership and operational management.
- Experience within industrial equipment, engineering, manufacturing or technical services.
- Previous leadership experience within a $10M-$50M business.
- Strong financial acumen, excellent people skills and a practical, down-to-earth approach.

You don't need to be the technical expert. There is a knowledgeable team around you. What matters is your ability to lead, grow the business and make sound commercial decisions.
