THE OPPORTUNITY

Build your marketing career with hands-on experience across brand, digital, retail and consumer marketing in the nutrition space.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Marketing Assistant to join our Marketing team.

This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for an early-career marketer who wants broad exposure across the marketing mix. You’ll support the team in delivering brand campaigns, digital and retail activations, product launches, consumer promotions and day-to-day marketing operations.

Supporting the Marketing team and working cross functionally with commercial teams, finance, retailer partners, media agencies and suppliers, you’ll play an important role in supporting the team in keeping projects moving and bringing our marketing activities to life.

What you’ll be doing

- Support the marketing team with the delivery of exciting product launches and brand campaigns.
- Coordinate the development, approval, and delivery of branded POS, promotional, digital, and customer-facing assets, working closely with commercial teams, retailer media agencies,



and key stakeholders to meet internal lead times and task deadlines. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date asset register.
- Support Brand website content updates and provide monthly google analytics reporting.
- Maintain accurate product information on various product content management systems which would including product specifications, imagery, nutritional information and approved claims.
- Coordinate and monitor product review campaigns, consumer sampling programs, competitions and promotions.
- Raise and manage SAP purchase orders. Track marketing budgets and expenditure. Supporting the marketing team with the day-to-day general admin tasks.

About you

You’re organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the confidence to follow up and keep multiple projects moving at once. You enjoy working with different people and are looking for an opportunity where you can develop your marketing skills across a broad range of activities.

You’ll ideally have:

- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
- Around 1–3 years’ experience in a Marketing Assistant, Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Robust organisation, planning and follow-up skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Canva & google analytics.
- SAP experience is desirable.
- Experience in FMCG, healthcare, infant nutrition or agency will be highly regarded.
