Key responsibilities
- Providing friendly and professional food and beverage service
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Assisting with restaurant, bar, conference and function service
- Setting up and clearing tables
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience
About you
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Reliability, enthusiasm and a solid work ethic
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Availability to work weekends is essential
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings
- Previous food and beverage experience is an advantage, but not essential
- A current RSA certificate is highly regarded
