Payroll Officer | Brisbane North | $80,000 - $85,000 + Super
Your new company:
This national company, which is the leader in their field, is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their high-performing payroll team on a permanent basis. The role will be based in their Brisbane offices, which are located on the Northside and offers onsite car parking.
Your new role:
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Employee file maintenance
- End to end payroll processing
- Processing holiday / sick pay
- Award interpretation
- Handling payroll queries via phone and email
- Payroll reporting and reconciliations
What you'll need to succeed:
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Previous payroll experience within a medium to larger sized company
- Previous experience with award interpretation
- Ability to work in a high-volume environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Experience working on large payroll systems
