Join the launch of one of Bondi’s most exciting new venues. Rudy’s is a 90-seat neighbourhood bar with a steak and seafood focus opening soon – and we’re looking for an experienced, creative Head Chef to lead the charge.

What you'll be doing:

- Take full ownership of kitchen operations and team leadership

- Finalise and develop our launch menu focused on grilled steaks, seafood, and house-made sauces

- Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing brigade

- Manage ordering, food cost, prep systems, and supplier relationships

- Drive quality, consistency, and efficiency during service

About you:

- Proven Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef with 5+ years in rapid-paced venues

- Passionate about cooking and premium local ingredients

- Leadership that motivates,



mentors, and drives team culture

- Strong financial and operational acumen

- Ready to start immediately and take on a ground-up build
