Now hiring for summer: Stokehouse Kitchen Roles

After almost 40 years on St Kilda Beach, Trader House is proud to become the new custodian of Stokehouse, an enduring part of Melbourne's dining landscape, loved by generations.

As we take the reins, we want to honour what has made Stokehouse so special while bringing our own approach to thoughtful, generous hospitality, delicious food and drink, and a genuine sense of place. With the beach on the doorstep and summer around the corner, it's a restaurant made for long lunches, sunset drinks and time well spent by the water.

We're now building the kitchen team for Stokehouse's next chapter, led by Ben Pollard, Group Executive Chef, and Colin Mainds, Group Development Chef. We especially want to hear from pastry chefs who love precision and seasonal produce, including bakery and patisserie backgrounds ready to move into restaurant pastry.

We are now searching for our summer kitchen team, in the roles of:

- Commis Chefs
