We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Strata Manager to manage a portfolio of approximately 30 buildings comprising 900 lots, with dedicated team support and the flexibility to work from home one to two days per week.

With no Schedule B's, a supportive working environment and a competitive $180,000 package, this is an opportunity to focus on quality strata management without unnecessary pressure.

The Role You will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of your portfolio, including:

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 30 buildings and 900 lots.
- Building strong relationships with owners, strata committees, contractors and stakeholders.
- Organising and attending annual general meetings and strata committee meetings.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and compliance requirements.
- Preparing meeting agendas, minutes, budgets and correspondence.
- Responding to owner enquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Ensuring properties are managed in accordance with relevant strata legislation.
