HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

- $45–$65 per hour + super. We pay based on experience, workmanship and performance.

- Fully equipped company vehicle. Take home work vehicle, fuel paid and plumbing equipment supplied. You'll need your own hand and power tools.

- Extra earning opportunities. Performance bonuses and opportunities to earn more as you grow with the company (rapid earning opportunities available, you may be that one we are looking for)

- A genuinely good crew. Work alongside experienced, hardworking plumbers who enjoy what they do and look after each other.

- Work life balance. We respect your time outside work. Occasional overtime and weekend work is required when needed, with appropriate compensation.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll be completing a variety of residential plumbing maintenance and installation work across Melbourne, including:

- Drainage repairs, sewer works and pipe relining

- Hot water system installations and replacements

- Heating and Cooling

- Burst pipes and water leak repairs

- Bathroom, kitchen and fixture installations

- General residential plumbing maintenance

- Roof repairs and installation

- Other plumbing repairs and installations

You'll have access to quality equipment and support from an experienced team.

THE PERSON WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Someone who:

- Knows their trade and can confidently work independently.

- Works efficiently without cutting corners.

- Takes pride in doing things properly the first time.

- Can think for themselves and solve problems.

- Turns up on time and does what they say they'll do.

- Has a positive attitude and works well with others.

- Takes responsibility when things don't go to plan.

- Enjoys working hard and getting things done.

- Wants to be part of a successful team for the long term.

You'll need:

- Relevant plumbing qualifications





- Strong residential maintenance and installation experience.

- A current driver's licence.

- Your own hand and power tools.
