About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Naturopath to join our team at Paddington Compounding Pharmacy on a full-time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of promoting natural health and wellness within our local community. Working from our Paddington NSW location, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive naturopathic consultations and developing individualised treatment plans for our diverse client base. Key responsibilities

- Conducting comprehensive health assessments and naturopathic consultations with clients, including detailed case history taking and physical assessments

- Developing individualised treatment and wellness plans based on naturopathic principles and client-specific health needs

- Recommending and prescribing natural therapeutic remedies, including herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, and dietary advice

- Providing evidence-based guidance on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventative health strategies





- Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment protocols as needed to optimise health outcomes

- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive client records in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements

- Collaborating with other healthcare practitioners within the pharmacy to ensure integrated and coordinated client care

- Staying current with developments in natural medicine, naturopathic research, and industry best practices

- Supporting the promotion of the pharmacy's naturopathic services to the local community

- Ensuring all practice is conducted in compliance with relevant health legislation and professional codes of conduct

What we're looking for

- A recognised naturopathic qualification from an accredited institution, or equivalent professional qualifications in natural medicine and alternative therapies

- Current professional registration or accreditation with a relevant naturopathic or complementary medicine body

- Minimum of 2–3 years' professional experience as a practising naturopath or in a related natural therapy discipline

- Strong knowledge of herbal medicine, nutritional biochemistry, and natural therapeutic modalities

- Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to explain complex health concepts in an accessible manner

- A genuine passion for holistic health, wellness, and empowering clients to take active roles in their own healthcare





- Professional integrity and commitment to evidence-based practice within the natural medicine field

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and treatment plans effectively

- Familiarity with clinic management systems and electronic health records is advantageous

- A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed of current research in natural medicine
