Now hiring for summer: Stokehouse Sommeliers, Bartenders and Section Waiters

After almost 40 years on St Kilda Beach, Trader House is proud to become the current custodian of Stokehouse, an enduring part of Melbourne's dining landscape, loved by generations.

As we take the reins, we want to honour what has made Stokehouse so special while bringing our own approach to thoughtful, generous hospitality, delicious food and drink, and a genuine sense of place. With the beach on the doorstep and summer around the corner, it's a restaurant made for long lunches, sunset drinks and time well spent by the water.

We're now building the front of house team for Stokehouse's next chapter, and we especially want to hear from experienced sommeliers, bartenders and section waiters who love great service, great wine and a busy floor.

We are now searching for our summer front of house team, in the roles of:

- Sommeliers

- Bartenders

- Section Waiters

- Hosts

- Food Runners

- Junior Waiters

Pay: $35 - $45+ per hour, depending on experience, plus generous tips.
