Quantum Medical Imaging is seeking an experienced and motivated Chief Radiographer to join our growing team in Brisbane, Queensland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior radiographer who is ready to take the next step into leadership, combining their clinical expertise with team management, operational support and a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.

With our Brisbane network continuing to grow, including investment in advanced imaging technology, we are looking for someone who can lead by example, support our radiography team and help drive clinical excellence across our clinics.

About the Role

Reporting to the operations team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our radiography services while fostering a positive, collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing clinical leadership and support to the radiography team across our Brisbane clinics.

- Supporting, mentoring and developing radiographers to build a confident and capable team.

- Maintaining high standards of patient care, clinical quality and radiation safety.

- Supporting daily workflow, staffing and operational requirements to ensure clinics run efficiently.

- Working collaboratively with radiologists, sonographers, reception teams and management.

- Assisting with the implementation of clinical protocols, policies and best-practice procedures.

- Supporting equipment optimisation, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Contributing to recruitment, onboarding and training of radiography staff.

- Helping create a positive workplace culture built on accountability, teamwork and professional development.

About You





We are looking for a confident and approachable leader who understands the demands of a busy diagnostic imaging setting and enjoys supporting others to succeed.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner.

- Relevant radiography qualifications and strong clinical experience.

- Previous leadership, supervisory or senior radiographer experience.

- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.

- The ability to mentor staff, manage competing priorities and lead by example.

- A strong understanding of radiation safety, clinical governance and quality standards.

- A patient-focused approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging.

- The flexibility to support operational requirements across our Brisbane clinics.

Experience in a multi-site diagnostic imaging environment will be highly regarded.
