AWE is seeking experienced and motivated casual Boilermakers to join our team at our Forrestdale workshop. This is an excellent opportunity for trade-qualified professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, work safely and enjoy being part of a team delivering quality fabrication and workshop projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Repairing, rebuilding and fabricating buckets and heavy equipment components.
- Carrying out heavy-duty welding, gouging, cutting and fabrication.
- Working with wear plates, liners and other high-wear components.
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Preparing, fitting and assembling components to required tolerances.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, quality and safety.




- Working with the workshop team to meet project deadlines and production targets.

Requirements:

- Australian working rights
- Australian Driving Licence
- A recognised Boilermaker trade qualification.
- Ability to pass a medical & drug & alcohol test.
- The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Experience in heavy fabrication, equipment repairs or rebuilds.Solid welding and metal fabrication skills.
- Experience working with buckets, wear materials or heavy equipment will be highly regarded.
