You will be teaching your subjects across the secondary school. In the second year of the contract (2028-29), the first Grade 11 cohort will begin the IB Diploma Programme, and the successful candidates will teach IB DP in addition to the high school grades 7 to 10. You may be expected to teach lessons outside of your main subject as the school grows. Leadership roles (subject and programme coordination) are possibilities for the right candidates.

Requirements

- Bachelors / Post-graduate studies in relevant teaching subject.
- Valid teaching licence and current registration (e.g. VIT, QTS) preferred.
- 2 years of post-qualification teaching experience at relevant age range.
- Experience with the Australian Curriculum and/or IBDP is advantageous.
- Dynamic and creative approach to teaching and motivating students.
- Flexibility and resilience required to work in a team at a fast growing school.
