Our Client:

Our client is a world leading mining technology company, with their head office being based in the northern suburbs of Perth.

The Role:

We are currently reaching out to ex offsiders and drillers looking for a career shift whilst still staying in the industry. Use your site knowledge and train drillers on our client's tools as a Technical Service Representative. This role will be based in their Kalgoorlie office, supporting and growing their presence in the Goldfields region with occasional travel to site.

This role is a customer focused role that provides technical support to their clients across exploration and drilling operations.

This role would suit someone who has a drilling or geology background that is looking to move away from site based or FIFO based work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and support the company products and solutions with current and prospective customers within the Goldfields region.
- Execute client engagement initiatives to support product launches and targeted sales campaigns.
- Serve as the primary technical contact,



providing prompt and effective support for client inquiries. Lengthy training will be provided.
- Collaborate with clients to develop tailored solutions that meet their operational and technical requirements.
- Deliver in office technical training to drilling contractors and geologists to ensure effective adoption and use of company technologies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with drilling contractors, geologists, and site personnel

Requirements:

You will bring ONE of the following:

- Hands-on drilling experience as a Driller or Offsider
- Downhole survey tools and survey workflows
- Experience working as a Structural Geologist, with a solid understanding of geological interpretation and structural data
