You willProvide assessment, diagnostic formulation, treatment planning, discharge planning, consultation and case management for mothers experiencing acute and complex perinatal mental illnessCoordinate access to medical, social, educational, vocational and psychosocial supports that promote recoveryManage complex clinical cases, exercise independent professional judgement within your scope of practiceLiaise with consumers, families, health professionals, students, researchers and community to ensure high-quality, integrated care and successful community reintegrationAbout youTo be successful in this position you will require: Tertiary degree in Nursing or equivalentRegistration with the Nursing Midwifery Board of AustraliaEvidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against

- $152,685 per annumAbout UsThe Mother and Baby Community Service provides support to Gold Coast Hospital and Health Service perinatal and general mental health inpatient service and provide specialised, inpatient based multidisciplinary mental health services. The Mother and Baby Community Service focuses on the treatment of mothers with acute and significant/complex perinatal psychiatric conditions, for mothers up to 12 months post-partum.
