WearecurrentlyhiringforoneourclientbasedinAustralia,we'relookingforahighlyorganised,systems-drivenOperations VAtoworkdirectlywiththeCEOofthecompanyandcoordinatetheoperationalengineoftheiraccountingpractice.

Thisrolesitsfirmlywithintheaccountingdomain. YoumustunderstandAustralianbookkeepingandmanagementaccountingfundamentals. However,thisisnotastandaloneclientaccountantrole.

Yourfocuswillbe:

- Operationalexecution
- Workflowcoordination
- Systemmanagement
- Capacityoversight





Thisisanindependentcontributorroleforsomeonewhothrivesinstructuredenvironments,respectssystems,andknowshowtoimproveefficiencywithoutdisruptingoperationalstability.

KeyResponsibilities

- Organise,assign,track,andmonitortasksthroughClickUp
- Monitorteamcapacityandensureworkisdeliveredaccordingtoclientagreementsanddeadlines
- MaintainorganiseddocumentationandfilingsystemswithinGoogleWorkspace
- AssisttheCEOwithoperationalplanning,prioritisation,summaries,andinternalinitiatives
- Trackactionitemsandensuretasksarefollowedthroughandcompleted
- Conductpreliminaryqualitychecksonreconciliations,coding,andworkpapers
- Monitorscopeadherenceandflaganyout-of-scopework
- Assistwithtrackingagedreceivablesandotherinternaloperationalmatters
