This is a full-time, work-from-home position offering the opportunity to work in international travel operations as part of a friendly and supportive team.

Key responsibilities

- Liaising with overseas suppliers, hotels, tour operators and local guides to coordinate travel arrangements.
- Assisting with tour bookings, confirmations, itinerary updates and operational changes.
- Reviewing guests' travel information, including passport, visa and insurance documentation.
- Maintaining accurate guest records, tour information and databases.
- Preparing and communicating relevant guest information to overseas suppliers.
- Assisting with pre-departure documentation and general tour administration.
- Supporting the operations team with day-to-day enquiries and coordinating arrangements.
- Participating in regular online team meetings and contributing to operational improvements.

About you

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.




- A genuine interest in international travel and different cultures.
- Previous experience in travel, tourism or hospitality administration is essential. Recent graduates with relevant industry experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly French Spanish or Italian, would be highly regarded.
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia.

Salary of $75,000-$85,000 per annum including superannuation (depending on experience and skills)
