Downer is seeking a senior Manager HSE Western Region to provide strategic HSE leadership across its Western Region operations. The role reports to the Head of HSEQ Industrial and Energy and focuses on driving HSE performance, governance, and continuous improvement across diverse, high-risk sites.
The successful candidate will partner with operational leaders, manage audits and investigations, and leverage data analytics to support decision making.
