Job Summary

This role sits within the PMO under the Chief of Staff organization and supports program management infrastructure across a large-scale AI silicon organization. The Project Analyst / TPM will own the operational backbone that keeps engineering programs running — ADO infrastructure, cross-org data, and executive dashboards

What You'll Do

ADO Infrastructure & Program Operations

- Own and maintain Azure DevOps (ADO) environments across the organization — managing work item schemas, field configurations, and project setup for new programs
- Track and triage milestones, bugs, errata, CCBs etc in ADO and ensure they surface correctly in downstream dashboards
- Handle the full lifecycle of new ADO project creation, which is becoming more frequent as new programs spin up
- Manage day-to-day coordination with the silicon team on backend ADO operations
- Build and maintain Power BI (or equivalent) dashboards that give executives a real-time view across org-wide data — not just silicon programs
- Pull together cross-organizational data from ADO and other sources; spot connections between issues and surface the right picture for stakeholders
- Run ongoing analytics for leadership; own the data pipeline from raw ADO data to executive-ready reporting

Triage & Program Support

- Support PMs with ADO triage and sign-offs — connecting related issues, flagging blockers, and keeping work items current




- Be able to synthesize what's happening across a complex program and put together a coherent status picture
- Act as a tactical partner on cross-org infrastructure needs

What We're Looking For

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) — work items, fields, project configuration, milestone tracking; not just usage but administration
- Strong data and dashboarding skills — Power BI preferred; comfort pulling and shaping large datasets
- Experience working with large, complex data across multiple orgs or systems
- Background in program/project management in a technical org; silicon/semiconductor experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to triage ambiguous situations, connect the dots across workstreams, and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
- Comfortable doing backend infrastructure work (the less glamorous, high-impact stuff) while also supporting exec-facing deliverables

Nice to Have

- Silicon, semiconductor, or AI hardware program context
- Experience in a CoS or PMO function supporting VP/exec-level stakeholders

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $87000/Year

Pay Range Maximum: $172000/Year

A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law.
