Senior Meta Paid Ads Strategist | 100% Remote Role | Full-Time | $80-120k / year OTE

Searchbox is looking for an experienced Senior Meta Paid Ads Strategist who lives and breathes performance marketing and lead generation funnels. This role is not about managing ad accounts on the surface level, it is about owning them, driving results, and thinking strategically about growth.

As a Senior Meta Paid Ads Strategist at Searchbox, you will help some of Australia's best dental practices scale through effective lead generation campaigns for high-value treatments like implants, All-on-X, veneers and Invisalign.

Our clients depend on high-quality lead flow. And not just 'leads'... we're talking high-value bookings that turn into treatments worth $30-60k each.

You will not only set up and optimise campaigns, but also identify opportunities, test new strategies, troubleshoot when things go wrong, and scale winning campaigns.

You should be comfortable with the numbers, passionate about testing, love using AI tools to diagnose and optimise, and able to connect strategy with execution.

Collaboration is a big part of this role, so you will work closely with the account manager, creative designer, funnel builder, and automation specialist while keeping internal and external communication clear and constructive.

Key responsibilities include:

- Plan, launch, and optimise paid Meta ad campaigns.
- Build ad funnels using Meta Lead Forms and GHL landing pages
- Monitor and manage campaign performance daily, adjusting proactively to hit KPIs
- Analyse data from Ads Manager, dashboards and attribution tools to guide decisions
- Work with designers, and funnel builders to deliver high converting campaigns




- Develop and implement new ideas on ad strategies, offers, and funnel improvements
- Track and own results including CPL, CPA, and ROAS, always knowing how accounts are performing
- Proactively suggest solutions, new ideas, and testing strategies

What makes someone great in this role

- Senior level (5-7 years++) experience with Meta Lead Gen Ads and GHL
- Knows what drives high-quality leads, not just volume
- Familiar with dental niche, specifically advertising high-value dental treatments
- Skilled at GHL and understanding pipelines to track performance
- Proactive problem solver who brings solutions, not just problems
- Clear communicator with clients and the team
- Curious, analytical, and passionate about performance marketing
- Humble but driven, always open to learning and improving
- Prior experience with client management (particularly service-based businesses)

What Success Looks Like

- Consistently hitting CPL and CPA targets
- Establishing feedback loops with clients to maintain and optimise lead quality
- Understanding and checking client CRM pipelines for booking rates, won rates and lead quality
- Finding and testing current opportunities for performance improvementsStrong collaboration across creative team, automations specialist and account manager and with clients
- Campaigns that launch clean, accurate, and on time
- High client satisfaction and retention through both results and experience
