University of Wollongong is seeking a People Advisor to be the first point of contact for managers and staff on employee lifecycle matters. You will provide timely, accurate, solutions-focused advice within the People & Culture team to ensure policy and industrial obligations are met.
You will support onboarding, probation, performance management and organisational change, while coaching managers and aligning with People Partners to deliver high-quality services across the university.
