Nutrano Produce Group is a growing Australian agricultural business with operations across multiple states. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are looking for an experienced and commercially astute Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate key projects that will shape the future of our business.

About the Role

Reporting to the EGM – Farming & Development, you will play a key role in driving the successful planning, coordination and delivery of multiple strategic and operational projects across Nutrano.

Your portfolio will be diverse, spanning business growth, infrastructure and capital development, operational improvement and other significant cross functional initiatives.

Working closely with our Executive Leadership Team and operational stakeholders, you will establish clear project plans, milestones, budgets and reporting structures to ensure initiatives progress efficiently and deliver genuine business value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple projects from initial concept and business case development through to successful implementation.

Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, milestones and accountability frameworks.

Drive strategic growth and development initiatives, including infrastructure projects, operational improvements and expansion opportunities.

Prepare feasibility assessments, financial evaluations and business cases to support informed investment decisions.

Work collaboratively with senior leaders,



farm operations and functional teams to align priorities and deliver outcomes.

Monitor project performance, manage risks and proactively address challenges.

Provide clear, structured reporting on project progress, financial performance and key deliverables.

Coordinate external consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution.

Support the successful integration of completed projects into ongoing business operations.

About You

We are looking for a capable project management professional who combines commercial thinking with strong execution skills.

Ideally, you will bring:

Proven experience successfully delivering multiple complex projects simultaneously.

A strong track record in project planning, coordination, governance and execution.

Excellent commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and business case development.

The ability to engage, influence and work confidently with executive leaders and diverse stakeholders.

A structured, solutions-focused approach with robust attention to detail.

The confidence to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and drive accountability.

Experience within agriculture, agribusiness or a related operational industry.

Relevant tertiary qualifications or formal project management certification would be advantageous.

Above all, you are someone who takes ownership, creates momentum and knows how to bring people together to get things done.
