Go1 is seeking a Simulation Content Designer for a 3 month contract based in Australia. You will craft realistic workplace simulations that reveal learner judgement while ensuring fair, observable behaviours.

Work with Product, Research, Engineering and SMEs to shape learning experiences from need to review. You'll design contexts, conversations and scoring guidelines, test for reliability, and refine AI-driven content.
