Justin Lane Pizzeria in Burleigh Heads seeks a Head Chef to own and lead the kitchen in a high-volume, high-standard workplace. This full-time role puts you directly under ownership and the General Manager, with hands-on leadership and a chance to shape a venue with real culture and loyalty.
You will manage and develop the kitchen team, oversee all food preparation with in-house pasta and sauces, evolve the menu, control costs and ensure food safety and WHS compliance at all times.
